Program Eligibility

Eligible Students

目前入学的一年级、二年级和三年级学生都有资格申请. 优先考虑大三学生，特别是那些以前从未获得过大学资助的学生.

2024年春季出国留学的学生只要保持活跃，就有资格申请, registered status at Bryn Mawr.

Important 

• 获得暑期资助的学生必须在布林 莫尔 学院注册，或在实习后的秋季学期参加经认可的海外学习项目.  

• 2024年秋季未返回布林 莫尔 的学生 (例如永久转学或请假的情况)将被要求将实习资金退还给学院. 

• 计划于2024年12月毕业的学生有资格申请.

不符合条件: 学生谁将不会返回布林 莫尔 秋季2024 作为电流, actively enrolled student. This includes graduating seniors in the class of 2024. 

One-time Funding

The following exceptions to this policy are considered: 

• Previous Alumnae/i Regional Scholars, 黑人校友/i基金获得者 和以前的戴维斯和平项目奖助金获得者可能会被考虑参加第二个夏天 Career & Civic Engagement Center's Summer Internship Funding program. 

• Previous participants in the College-sponsored internship programs may also be considered for a second summer through the Career & Civic Engagement Center Summer Internship Funding Program. Colllege sponsored internship programs include: Career & Civic Engagement Center Internship Partners，暑期服务，以及 BiCo Ghana Lagim Tehi Tuma 行动研究奖学金.  

• A student may receive funding for summer research one summer (e.g. Hanna Holborn Gray Grant, Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellowship, 科学之夏 研究)和另一个暑期实习. 然而，对于从未获得过夏季资助的学生， 将优先考虑.

Eligible Internships

Internships must meets the following criteria:

• 我们将在2024年夏季资助远程、面对面和混合(远程和面对面) 实习.  

• 在申请截止日期(4月21日)前获得实习机会的学生优先. The organization information is needed for a fair review process.  

• 由与布林 莫尔 学院无关的组织主办的实习优先考虑, Haverford College, or Swarthmore College. 

• The internship is unpaid. While priority is given to unpaid internships, considerations have been made, for example, if a student is being paid $1,500 or less including stipend, housing, 和/或交通，他们可以申请资助剩下的2美元,500). If a student is to receive any funding through the internship, 必须按照荣誉守则的规定在申请中注明. 

• 全职工作至少240小时(8-10周，每周至少30小时). 

• 实习发生在春季学期结束和秋季课程开始之前的某个时间. 

• 实习为学生提供了一次有意义的教育经历，对学生的学业有帮助, career, and personal interests.

Summer Internship Funding may not be used to:

• Pay for tuition for academic courses.

Apply for Internship Funding

Application Deadlines - Late Applications will not be accepted. 

Deadlines:

  • 只有提交完整的组织验证表格的申请才会作出资助决定. The deadline to submit the Organization Verification form is Monday, March 4 at 11:59 PM ET.

  • 温馨提示:春季学期在国外留学并计划在同一国家实习的学生截止日期为周日, 美国东部时间4月21日晚上11:59，国际学生在本国实习的截止日期是周日, April 21 at 11:59 PM   

• 国内实习生自我设计资助截止时间为美国东部时间4月21日(周日)晚上11:59. 您必须提交您的暑期资助申请与您感兴趣的实习，以考虑暑期资助.  Late summer funding applications will not be accepted.   

  • 只有提交完整的组织验证表格的申请才会作出资助决定. The deadline to submit the Organization Verification form is April 22 at 11:59 p.m.
